On September 6, 2016 Prof. Nelson was presented with the TUMS Distinguished Visiting Professor Title for the duration of 2016-2019 by Dean of School of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics.
Prof. Nelson participated as an international speaker in the 2nd International and the 14th Iranian Nutrition Congress at Tehran on September 2016.
During his presence at TUMS, he had a meeting with TUMS School of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics officials.
