Founded in 1990 ISPAB develops its educational activities, training and scientific knowledge in administration/ accounting, managerial communication (marketing, public relations and publicity) and chemical engineering domains.
Implanted in an area characterized by a large demographic density and a strong entrepreneurial and organizational dynamism, ISPAB seeks to offer courses that are especially addressed to the market needs.
ISPAB’s educational offer is divided in two different levels: initial graduation and postgraduate studies. In initial graduation, ISPAB teaches the following courses, all adapted to the model of Bologna, 1st cycle of studies:
Administration and Accounting and Marketing, Publicity and Public Relations. In what concerns to postgraduate courses, ISPAB offers the following master degrees: Financial Administration, Quality Management, Environmental Management and Hygiene and Safety at Work.
ISPAB will assist in organization of transfer of experience of current Portuguese skills training in E-Learning and LMS to partner country; will actively participate in the creation of common adapted model of E-Learning skills training for partner country; will help in enriching information base of partner country skills training with data from the EU database along with studying the experience of partner country skills training. ISPAB will also be responsible for dissemination of results of common work within the project. ISPAB will participate in project management, controlling the quality of training courses, development of th project .
The main focus of dissemination will be in Iran and Iraq so ISPAB will mainly act as experience provider.

Prof.Dr. Pedro Ricardo da Nova Valente
Pedro Ricardo da Nova Valente was born 07 July 1978 in Oporto, Portugal. In 2002 he graduated from the Fernando Pessoa University - Oporto city with a BEng. In Communication, specializing in communication and information system. He worked as a web developer and a system designer for four years before completing the M.S. in Informatics Engineering at the Engineering Faculty of Oporto University - Portugal in 2009. The master thesis was titled "Complex Model calibration using Intelligent Agents and Optimization Methodologies". From 2009-2012, Pedro Ricardo da Nova Valente was a PhD student at The Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller, University of Southern Denmark - Odense where he wrote a dissertation titled "Action coordination and resource allocation against user profiles: Application to INTELLIgent CARE in nursing homes". Since August 2012, became adjunct professor professor at ISPAB - Instituto Superior de Paços de Brandão, responsible for topics regarding ICT areas, ERP Information Systems, and Good Practice in Academic Research. During 2014, represents the institution in in GT2/CS11 (Working Group for Quality Management Higher Education in collaborative benchmarking). Since 2015, collaborates with UPT - Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique, Porto, Portugal, as Invited Auxiliary Professor for Software engineer courses.

Prof.Dr. Délio Manuel Ferreira Carquejo
Délio Manuel Ferreira Carquejo was born 14 September 1974 in Vila Real, Portugal. Has dual nationality Portuguese and Brazilian. He made his Masters degree at the University of Beira Interior, in the area of Sociology. Is to attend the doctorate at the University of Santiago de Compostela-Spain, study on the analysis of the Virtual Tutoring in formative orientation process, on the model of the European area of higher education. Diploma of advanced studies in social structures and inequality-University of Salamanca in 2002. Was Consultant in a project development consultancy RDPE business; Pioneering consultant within the insertion companies in Portugal - in the year 1997 to 1998. Since 1998 the 2013 was Director of several colleges of education. From 2013 to 2015 was General Manager of a University in Africa.
