The coordination meeting for completing the information of self-assessment forms was held in the Student Affairs section
The Secretariat of International Relations, Accreditation and Ranking of Tehran University of Medical Sciences held a meeting with accreditation officers of Student Affairs section on 10th August, 2014 to guide them how to complete the self-assessment forms.
According to the Directorate of International Relations, Accreditation and Ranking’s report, in this meeting the officers of the International Affairs and Student Affairs, Mohammad Reza Bahador Khani, Shahab Beigi and Farzad Soltani were all present.
This meeting which was held in the Directorate of Dormitory Affairs of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Mr. Bahador Khani explained about how to complete the self-assessment forms.
The most important parts of these explanations consisted of the explaining the structure of the data in a Microsoft Excel file, introducing each data in this file, and defining the accepted values for each data.
Mr. Beigi, working in the Directorate of Student Affairs, emphasized on separating the headquarters’ indicators and schools’ indicators while sending them to the responding units, and insisted that some of the indicators are not applicable at the level of schools and are related to the Directorate of Student Affairs.
This meeting was finalized by answering all the raised questions.
