A student exchange program is a program in which students study abroad at one of partner institutions for a specific period. In line with internationalization of the university, TUMS has signed agreements with some of European universities in order to exchange student, staff and faculty members. 

Active agreements include:

• University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain

• University of Almeria, Spain

• University of Camerino, Italy

• University of Coimbra, Portugal

• University of Tampere, Finland

• University of Eastern Finland, Finland
