The researcher and supervisor of international ranking unit, at the Tehran University of Medical Sciences won the article of the year award 2017 in Asia and the Pacific, and the Emerald Literati award 2018.
The researcher and supervisor of international ranking unit of the Directorate of International University of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Dr. Maryam Derakhshan, won the best article award 2017 appreciation from the Lissaspac Association of Library and Information Science (2018) as well as the Emeral Highly Commended award 2018.
She has successfully completed her Master's Degree in Information Science at Tarbiat Modarres University and her Ph.D. in the same field at UM, University of Malaya. She is currently engaged in International Relations Management at Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
This outstanding researcher published a paper in the field of information literacy successfully which has been featured worldwide by experts around the world.
