Abstract
Training of foodstuff producers as a group effective on the quality of food ma-terials is an important factor in achieve-ment of food safety. This was an analyti-cal interventional study, which was per-formed in a cross-sectional manner in 10 months. The target population consisted of 180 individuals in charge of facilities producing pastry in Iran. The participants were categorized into three groups;face-to-face training, distance training, and control groups. The data was collected using a questionnaire, which evaluated the knowledge, attitude, practice, and good manufacturing practices.The data were analyzed by (X2) and T-test.According to the results of T-test, the mean knowledge scores before and after the intervention were significantly differ-ent in the face-to-face and distance train-ing groups (p<0.05).

learning,virtual education, film,conference,workshop and games of computer were very interesting for me.
discussion,problem solving,education by student,small group ,on line learning ans open learning and .I think this conference was interesting for me.The presenters had positive results.The conference was active,program conference had good plan.There were not any poster.The final day conference all of participants were satisfied.The dean of China southern said for next conference will have
more pc member with more participants . They had view point for the conference .program,salun conference, lunch ,coffee and tea,hotel and were very satisfaction.
