Abstract(Please copy/paste the abstract send to the congress) : Background: Interprofessional collaboration is key factor to increase effectiveness of health care services. Standardization of instrument in various locations is needed dua to different context. Accordingly we aimed to assess the validity and reliability of nurse-physician collaboraation scale (NPCS) in Iran.
Method:psychometric properties of tool assessed through following steps: first, permission gained from main developer.Second, questionnaire translated by two knowledgeable translators in English and Medical Education field.Third, validity of questionnaire is approved through Content Validity Ratio(CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI) in two rounds by10 experts.To determine CVR,experts were asked to evaluate each item based on likert scale (including “ necessary”, “useful but not necessary” and “not necessary”). According to Lawshe tables (1975)minimum value of CVR was determined 0.7. CVI was determined based on Walts & Bassel (1983)approach. researcher offered questionnaire to experts to assess relevance, simplicity, and clarity of expressions in 4-part Likert scale .For item reception, CVI score of 0.79 and higher calculated. Reliability will be assessed through test-retest for reproducibility of tool with computing kappa coefficient test ,and Chronbach alpha for internal consistency of questionnaire.
Results: Our results showed that all of the items obtaining the CVR score above 0.70. Then, CVI determination is performed. All of the items maintain because of obtaining a score above 0.79. Next, based the average CVI score of the questionaire was calculated. Average CVI of the questionaire was as 0.94. Reliability confirmation is in progress.
Conclusions: The validity of this instrument is approved in an Iranian context, and it can be used to measure attitudes toward Nurse-Physician Collaboration in team care.

Hence several issues can affect the assessments approach, and the validation of tool could be threatened, therefore the quality assurance of a tool to be adapted to different contexts is necessary. In current study by application of innovative process, due to the dilemma of teamwork assessment in real inter-professional environment the simulation situation is needed. Some countries, such as Sweden(7,8)that even have specific wards for educating Inter-professional collaborative skills, are still in demand of a valid tool for measuring the student performance.

The aim of the current study was through a novel approach by the use of simulation situation to assess the validity and reliability of the inter-professional collaborative assessment Rubric, developed by Curran and his colleagues in Iranian context. 
Method:
This is a descriptive- correlational study. 
Participants
1. Expert panelists for contextualization of Rubric and compiling scenario and videos: twelve experts

2. Raters for validation of Rubric: 23 medical students' clerkships in Shariati Hospital of Tehran University of Medical Sciences acted as the raters.; 
Rubric of Inter-professional Collaborator Assessment:

First phase: During this phase, the rubric was back-translated to the source language (English). The back-translation was also reviewed by the committee members and finally it was confirmed by the main expert, Curran who developed the tool.
Second phase: Content and face validities were assessed through two Delphi rounds. The Criterion Validity was defined as the agreement between the raters' scores with gold standard. The reliability of ICAR was done for the first time in the world. The inter-rater reliability was computed among raters. The reproducibility was assessed by filling out of RUBRIC by raters in the 1st occasion were compared with the 2nd time, after watching the videos, was done a week after the first time of rating Rubric.

Result: The criterion validity was calculated by Intra Class Correlation ( ICC) to be between.72 and .65.
The Rubric reliability was checked by Chronbach Alpha, and the mean score was calculated to be 0.77. 
The test–retest reliability and the inter-rater reliability were computed by ICC and it was .75 to .65.
Discussion

The validation of inter-professional collaborative skill assessment tool was not an easy task, due to the lack of controlling the entire situation with different interactions of team members, is not favorably possible in real setting. 

The findings of current study, Innovative simulation process for assessing psychometric properties of inter-professional collaborative competencies, confirmed the reliability of ICAR for the first time in the world not only in the Iranian context but also in others countries. Assessing inter-professional skill is complex situation and it is an important medical education international trend.

Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress: : It was very interesting place that people from different nations get together for specific issue such as IPE.Health care institutes by evaluating their graduates' competency need to be ensured of the patient safety(1). One of the cornerstones in patient safety is Inter-Professional Education (IPE) (2, 3) . For assessing competencies among the students and health care professionals, first we should be capable to measure Inter-Professional skills by the use of a comprehensive tools such as ICAR Rubric(4).
