I think we can have many joint programs and workshops with WHO for improving oral health problem in Iran. The target groups can be Dentists, dental students, Dental hygienist, Dental managers, and Dental staff. According to my meeting with Dr. Ogawa, we discussed about WHO strategies for future. He told that integration between oral health and non- communicable diseases and limited of sugar consumption are two important programs for future. |
Your experiences about the travel processes(Providing ticket, accommodation,...) : |
Application for Korean visa was very simple without any problem. Unfortunately, we do not have a direct flight to South Korea from Tehran. For this reason, it was a long journey with its problem. Korea is an expensive country for life. For this point all expenses such as accommodation, food, and transportation are expensive for us. However, Korea is a high technology country and we had a good experiences about it. We had a visit from dental school in Seoul. it was a very good experience for me, I had a good discussion with academic members about their curriculum. we visited all departments, dental hospital and dental school. I prepared a complete report for my colleagues. |
