Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress : Every year, the ADEE (Association for Dental Education in Europe) invites the dentists and faculty members from all over the world to attend the Annual Meeting. This year ADEE announced that their meeting will be held at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Oslo, Norway from the 22nd-24th August 2018 and the theme will be Dental education in a changing society. I usually try to attend to ADEE scientific congress every year to see whats happening in dental education research and development. There were key note speakers in the congress, some their titles were: Conversations on the challenges and rewards of diversity in education, Thomas Hylland Eriksen; Visualization and its implications for learning and instruction in dental training;Roger Säljö and Hans Rystedt;Digital Prospects of Formative and Summative Assessment in Dental Education: Technological Opportunities and Challenges Thomas de Lange, Håvard Haugen, Anne MøystadThomas de Lange, Ageing and mobility a challenge to dental education;Dental schools meet the challenge of an ageing Europe; - Anastassia E Kossioni;Challenges in licensing overseas dentists - European perspective; - Professor Vince Bissell & Dr. Marjoke Vervoorn. However, I think that one of the most important part in the international congress is relationship with our colleagues in the different parts of the world. Face to face discussion is a way for knowledge and experience transfer.
