Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress : The World Conference Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering and the World Conference on Analysis and Bio-Analysis Chemistry (WCABC), held July 23-24 in Barcelona, Spain. My colleague and I participated in the bioanalysis section of the conference by presenting a lecture (as invited speaker) and a poster. Speakers from different countries presented and discussed new methods for analyzing compounds as well as identifying them. For our team, understanding these methods, their mechanism and their results are essential for the advancement and enhancement of research quality that will be done in the future. However, there are no facilities for these techniques in Iran. To this end, with some of the participants and conference organizers, there were bilateral talks on the synthesis of various chemical compounds, compound analysis and joint projects.
