Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress: : Global Health School 2022, which had the vision of "Shaping the future of the health system," was held from August 1 to August 7 at Akkon University (one of Germany's top human sciences universities), Berlin, Germany. It was organized by Akkon University for Human Sciences with Institute for Research in International Assistance (IRIA) and Universal Scientific Education and Research Network (USERN). This Global health school was arranged in order to bring junior researchers together from a variety of medical disciplines who are interested in global health and have insightful ideas and articles in this area. During the first three days of the conference, professors from Akkon University and Tehran University of medical sciences gave presentations and held conceptual and practical workshops on global health over. The juniors' presentations were taken on the following two days of this scientific conference, and professors and participants had discussions about the them. I gave my speech in day 5 of this scientific event on the topic of “Feasibility and accessibility of converging monitoring for decreasing burden of cancer”. In this article, my aim in written this article was to explain how public health system could lessen the burden of cancer that I observed while pursuing my thesis on cancer patients. Also, many programs were held throughout the Global health school, in the form of workshops and visits to different German scientific institutes, which were located in Berlin such as Tuberculosis Center, RKI Museum and Charité (the biggest hospital in Germany). On the final day, Professors provided remarks and suggestions concerning the future of global health. After that, there was a closing ceremony to thank everyone who had participated.
