Dear students, notice to the below information about Pars Aqua Village Tour.

Girls group

Departure Date: 17/08/2017 (Thursday, Aug 17^th, 2017)

Boys group

Departure Date: 18/08/2017 (Friday, Aug 18^th, 2017)

Registration Deadline: (Sunday, Aug 6^th  2017 till Saturday, Aug 12^th ,2017)

Time of Departure: around 7:00 a.m. (Will be announced the exact time via message)

Time of Arrival: around 4:00 p.m.

Capacity: 35 students

Steps of Registration:

1. Presence at office of Vice Dean for Students and Cultural Affairs

(Address: Number 124, Third floor, Mozafar alley, Dameshgh street. Southern Palestine street)

2. Items in Students Affairs will be checked by officer of student and cultural affairs.

Items:

Medical Test and Vaccination Result

Bank Account Number

Health Insurance notebook

3. Fill out the registration form

4. Pay the payment (15,000 Toman)

5. Obtain a receipt

Notice to the following information about  Pars Aqua Village Tour.

• Tour will be held just for singles in two different groups. (Boys and Girls)
• Meals: Lunch
• Transportation: By bus
• If enrolled students won’t participate in that tour, students affairs can’t refund their payment.
• Participants shouldn’t have class during the time of a trip. If the tour according to the unexpected situations is going to be cancelled we will inform you via message

• Required documents that you have to carry during the trip :

 1. Student ID Card (Temporary or Permanent)

 2. Copy of Your Passport
