Registration process:

  • Students in the dormitory can register through the dormitory authorities.
  • Students outside the dormitory can register by visiting the International Campus Student and Cultural Affairs Office.
  • Fill out the registration form
  • Deposit the trip fee (each student is 220,000 tomans) to account number 2761900442 to Bank Mellat deposit ID 1410000444 in the name of International Vice Chancellor of Tehran University of Medical Sciences

Note:

  1. Final registration is dependent on the completion of the registration form, payment of the applicable fee, and submission of a deposit receipt by the registration deadline.
  2. Due to limited registration capacity, applicants are given priority based on their final registration date.
  3. The trip program will include: travelling by train and northern rail, forest hiking, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  4. The exact place and time of departure will be announced later.
  5. All registered participants must bring their passport, student card, and appropriate shoes.
  6. In case of cancellation of the trip, the travel fee will not be refunded.
