Partner universities of OPATEL project participated in the kick off meeting which was arranged by Lipezig University of Applied Sciences at Leipzig, Germany on March 13-16, 2017. At this meeting, partner universities got familiar to each other and main steps to implement the project was described to them.

It is notable that OPATEL project aims to establish an Online Platform for Academic Teaching and learning in Iraq and Iran, is coordinated by Lipezig University of Applied Sciences and is financially sponsored by European Union.
