Following the 4th National Conference on Information Technology, Computer and Telecommunication which was held on July 13, 2017 at University of Torbat Heidarieh at Torbat Heidarieh city in Iran, the OPATEL program was explained by Mr. Ehsan Yasrebi, The coordinator of the project at this university. In his speech, the project specifications was introduced, and its aims, what the university should do in this project, the budget of OPATEL project, the other partners and some other things about this project were pointed.

In the end, raised questions of the participants were answered by Mr. Yasrebi. He also made more clarification on how universities can start other projects like OPATEL.
