ISC country university rankings was published in July,2013. ISC classified universities and research institutions under 5 groups :
1- Universities and Research Centers of Ministry of Health, Education and Treatment
2- Technical Universities - Ministry of Science, Research and Technology
3- Ministry of Science, Research and Technology
4- Research Centers - Ministry of Science, Research and Technology
5- Art Universities - Ministry of Science, Research and Technology
Tehran University of Medical Sciences, University of Tehran, Sharif University of Technology, University of Art and Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences are four universities which highlighted with first rank in this ranking system.
Ranking was done based on previous indicators.
