Korean delegations with the presence of Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH) President Dr. Byung-Hee OH and Vice-President Dr. Joo-young Moon, representatives of Korean Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI) visited Tehran Heart Center (THC) on May 3rd, 2016.

In this visit Dr. Haj Ghasemi THC General Director briefly explained THC to the Korean delegations and the Korean delegations introduced SNUH and KHIDI and their activities. The parties also discussed the possible areas of collaboration. Moreover the Korean delegations visited THC CATH-Lab.
After visiting THC, the delegation joined a meeting with the TUMS Chancellor, Dr. Jafarian. Dr. Zeraati TUMS Head of IT Department, Dr. Alipour Vice-Chancellor for Medical Administration, Dr. Mokri Head of Engineering Department, Dr. Shaabani director of International Affairs and Development, and Mr. Rahimi and Ms. Mohammadian International Relations Officers attended the meeting.
After a warm welcoming, Dr. Jafarian presented TUMS in brief and having a mutual understanding from each other, the parties discussed the opportunities available for collaboration including improvement of HIS, research, etc.
