Dr. Sanjay Miglani (MDS, FISDR) completed his bachelor’s degree (BDS) in dentistry from Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai in 1999 and went on to complete his Master’s degree (MDS) in the field of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics from the same University in 2003. He currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Dept. of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India.
He has authored several articles in various national & international Journals. He has been a contributor to many books on endodontics. In addition to his activities as educator & clinician, he is also on the editorial board of various indexed journals.
Dr Sanjay Miglani has lectured extensively on composites and endodontics in various national & international forums. He has also been examiner for both undergraduate and postgraduate examinations for different universities. Currently he is the Editor in Chief of Endodontology Journal, the official Publication of Indian Endodontic Society, President Elect, Asia Pacific Endodontic Confederation, Director, Indian Board of Endodontics, Vice President of Indian Association of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics and Secretary General of Association of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics of Delhi.
On July 29, 2016 Professor Miglani was presented with the TUMS Distinguished Visiting Professor title for the duration of 2016-2019 by Head of Endodotics Department, TUMS School of Dentistry.

In July 2016, Professor Miglani traveled to Iran and took participate in the 17th international congress of iranian association of endodontics.
During his presence in IRAN, he had visited different department of school of dentistry. He had a fruitful meeting with Dr. Bayat, Dean and Dr. Khami, Vice-Dean for International Affairs of School of Dentistry and Dr. Nekoofar, director of International Relations, Accreditation and Ranking, which he hoped these activities would result in more collaboration between Dr. Miglani and TUMS’ School of Dentistry.

Professor Miglani participated in a thesis defense meeting of the first TUMS postgraduate specialty international student at the School of Dentistry as the external jury member on 26th of July, 2015.
Professor Miglani as the president of Asian Pasific Endodontic Confederation (APEC), took participate in Regenerative Endodontics Symposium on Agust 2018.
