Over 40 students are pursuing M.Sc. degrees in e-learning. Our department provides students with in-depth understanding of how to install e-learning across various contexts, cultures, platform and media. During the past two years, the department has offered several major areas of study, including but not limited to Applied Research Design in E-Learning, Learning Support System, Professional Ethics in Information Technology, Design and Production of Learning Material, Program Assessment and Quality Control, Information Security in Learning System, Tools and Technologies in E-Learning.

Our department is the place that brings motivated students, lecturers and researchers together. Our students follow high- standard educational programs in e-learning. In addition, we follow the standard curriculum of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education and also offer further programs to enhance e-learning abilities of our students. Also, our exceptionally skilled faculty members are pleased to help the students achieve their full potential.

Considering flexibility and convenience, this department has two lines for delivering a program. A program may last three or five semesters for passing the courses and at least one semester for conducting thesis. In a 3- semester line, the average of 12 credits is offered each semester, and the prerequisites courses are presented at the first semester. In addition, the first semester concentrates on basic courses about the teaching-learning process and introduction to e-learning basics; the second semester concentrates on instructional design, and e-content development; and the last semester is focused on dissertation. However, in a 5- semester line, the students have an opportunity to extend their time by applying for a minimum of 6 credits each semester; most face to face teachings occur within the beginning and the end of the semester.

Our research groups carry out world-class research in the fields of E-Learning, Software & Systems, Pedagogy and Instructional Design. We appreciate all collaborative partnerships; we offer exceptional future prospects to all who collaborate with us.
