MARHABA Selection Committee Meeting Held at TUMS

The committee consisting of European, Iraqi and Iranian representatives, held a meeting at TUMS, on 21 May 2016.

At the beginning of the meeting, after welcome remarks, TUMS Vice Chancellor for Global Strategies and International Affairs, Dr. Arabkheradmand spoke of the opportunities created for more academic interactions with European countries and stated that TUMS is taking part in MARHABA project for the second consecutive year.

Dr. Nekoofar, TUMS Director for International Relations, Accreditation and Ranking, and also the Iranian representative of MARHABA selection committee spoke of over 60 volunteers applying to the project from TUMS and expressed happiness over holding the meeting in Tehran for the first time. 

In conclusion, a number of candidates were selected by the committee based on pre-specified criteria.
