EURIE International Higher Education Expo is the third largest Higher Education Expo in the world. The world's top World Expo is NAFSA, based in the United States. The second one is the EAIE exhibition hosted by the European Union.
At the EURIE 2018 exhibition, about 130 of the world's top universities from 75 countries including dozens of Iranian universities participated. In addition, Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran University, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Sharif University of Technology and Iran University of Medical Sciences contributed in the form of consortium of five top Iranian universities.
The Eurasian Union of Universities (UES), founded in 2008 in Istanbul, is a nonprofit union founded with the aim of establishing a community in Eurasia to internationalize and promote higher education in the region. This union includes all the rituals, congresses, conferences, projects, activities, studies, researches and articles, and so on, which contributes to the scientific, cultural, educational, and economic solidarity of the Eurasian region.
