Abstract(Please copy/paste the abstract send to the congress) :	ABSTRACT Objective: To assess the efficacy of luteal phase support (LPS) with vaginal progesterone (P) on pregnancy rates of the stimulated intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles in couples with unexplained infertility (UEI). Design: Single-center, prospective, randomized and blinded controlled trial. Setting: A tertiary care University fertility center, between October 2007 and December 2008. Patients: Two- hundred couples with UEI who underwent 511 consecutive stimulated IUI cycles. Intervention: Clomiphene citrate (c.c) and human Menopausal Gonadotropin (h M G) were used for ovulation induction. After IUI, the patients were randomized into the two groups. The study group (n=98) received intra vaginal P (Cyclogest) for LPS. The patients randomized into the control group (n=102) received no drug for LPS. Main outcome Measures: Clinical Pregnancy rate (PR) and live birth rate (BR) per cycle and patient. Results: There were no differences in demographic characteristics between the groups. Clinical Pregnancy rate per patient and cycle were similar in the study group (30.6% and 11.5%, respectively), and in the control group (25.5% and 10.03%, respectively) (P>0.05). There were no statistically significant increase in live birth rate per patient and cycle between the study group (19.4 % and 7.5 % , respectively) and the control group (14.7 and 5.7% , respectively) (P> 0.05). Conclusions: Administration of vaginal P (Cyclogest) for LPS does not improve the reproductive outcome of the stimulated IUI cycles.

Your experiences about the travel processes(Providing ticket, accommodation,...) :	No problem except for no avilable credit card for Iranian nation due to economic sanction. Registration in international congresses is difficult . We need credit card for payment of registration fee.
Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress: :	This congress was the first presentation of successful uterine transplant in world . The Swedish team of uterine transplant parcipited in this congress and showed the steps of this procedures and results and complications and other imoportant related subjects . In this congress, the contraversiess regarding the important issues in women health especialy infertility managment were discussed. LPS support and its indications and the drugs were discussed. The best and most economic protocol for IVF was discussed.
