I was presented my article as a poster. On the day of poster presentation every person were present in the poster presentation room and some people asked about the content and environment of research in this topic. |

I met Rita Srour. She is a scientific and researchable person in medical and nursing area.She is as an executive person in this congress too. She is responsible in checking the poster in the right time and right place as a number that announced to us. She has a good communication with management team. .No there isn’t any problem that need to follow up it. Because everything in my presentation is clear and i answered to the questioned very scientific. my poster presentation is hang up on time and after that i attend to listen the oral presentation everything ok and nothing happened to follow it. If you want to follow up actions you can talk about abstract book of congress. Because some country very sensitive about abstract book and told that every person that attend in the congress they must show and present their article in the abstract book and if there isn’t may be made some trouble. I think this is a problem that every scientific committee must to announce the attendance. May be attendance don’t like to be present in the congress only for the lack of abstract book. |

Your experiences about the travel processes(Providing ticket, accommodation,...) : |
This a good travel for me as a participant that attend in the congress for the first time in Dubai. We get ticket from travel agency with a tour condition. Because this agency obtain visas for us, hotel for residency in it, and provide our nutrition. Another thing is transfer of passengers from airport to hotel and back. This condition make feel relax that everything is OK. For the person that don’t knows the geographical characteristic of Dubai or every country this is the best way to be safe in a foreign country and this is a cost effective manner. Another thing in this travel, is become familiar with another scientific person from other countries and sharing their experiences and we can hear about their work and experiences face to face |

.One thing that I mentioned is, in Emirate (Dubai) all the actions in the congress were performed by service companies. So the staff were not familiar with how to run the work. These staffs do anything and you couldn’t have a relationship with executive board. The reception was very good. So that in the lunch menu you find more than 10 type food and more than 10 dessert. The programs were performed on time every day and every session were finished on time. Congress venue in grand Hayat is a very nice place with abundant amenities. But a very bad thing in this congress, was they don’t offer any abstract book, they have only a list of program on site. About certificate paper, They claimed that, they don’t need to poster presentation certificate because this program has a CME score |
