Abstract(Please copy/paste the abstract send to the congress) : Potential targets in plasmodium ookinete and mosquito midgut interaction will be discussed in relation to blocking malaria transmission. In the present study, the applicability of luminescence Quantum Dot (QDs) was examined on the interaction of Plasmodium berghei ookinete with Anopheles stephensi midgut. This experiment also has led to a fundamental find the role of lectin-carbohydrate interaction as a recognition mechanism that advance our understanding of parasite development in mosquitoes. 
Two luminescence QDs, cadmium telluride (CdTe)/CdS and cadmium selenide (CdSe)/CdS were used as markers in live plasmodium parasite and its interaction with the midgut of mosquito vector. Two lectins, wheat germ agglutinin (WGA) and concanavalin A (ConA) were also employed for binding specific carbohydrate on the midgut of An. stephensi. The movement of ookinetes were followed by preparing wax section from whole body of mosquito. 
Both QDs did not alter the ookinete development in the midgut of mosquito vector. The ookinetes were stained permanently and their movement was traceable. Con A did not interrupt the ookinete penetration into the midgut wall while WGA inhibited ookinete passage into the midgut wall. QD nanoparticles are biocompatible, non-toxic to the P. berghei and stable to photobleaching.
CdTe QDs and CdSe QDs with low risk of cytotoxicity can be used as a sensitive and photostable reliable method for studying plasmodium-mosquito interacting. These results would facilitate better understanding the invasion mechanism of malaria parasite to mosquito vector tissue.

What were the responses to your talking points? Were specific questions or concerns raised? : It was so interest for Novelty and innovation in using Nano particles in our research in malaria development and interaction with its vector.

Please inform us if there are any follow up actions we need to talk with the members of the congress : Indeed the congress was so specific for our subject and following any action need to be expert in particular subject. Therefore, in order to following any possible action it is essential to ask expertise person to give some commends. Fortunately, before traveling to the India, I and my colleagues have phone contact with organizer of congress directly to clarify any possible problems. We also booked high quality accommodation in Goa as well as transport. So there was no any crucial problem during this travel. Thank you.
Your experiences about the travel processes(Providing ticket, accommodation,...) : it is better idea to book 5 star hole in india and high quality flight.
Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress: : The opening celebration and introduction of congress was performed in Kala Academy college with more than 300 attendances. During this gathering, program, organizers and sponsors were introduced and then three main speakers talked about general problem of infection diseases in India and other countries. Finally, the aim of this congress was explained in details. 
Then all attendances were transferred to a hotel in the center of Panjim City, Hotel Fidalgo. The programs of congress run during three days and between breaks, there were good opportune time to talk to other scientist about their presentations. In addition, at top floor of the hotel, there was a hall used for poster exhibition. Subject of some posters was so interesting and I take photo from those to read them later properly. At the end of each day of congress, there was program for given awareness gift and also presenting Indian music. The hospitality was good and very kind.
