Abstract(Please copy/paste the abstract send to the congress) : Basidiobolomycosis is a rare fungal disease caused by Basidiobolus ranarum, which is an
environmental saprophyte. It is a chronic inflammatory disease that is generally restricted
to the subcutaneous tissue and rarely involves the gastrointestinal tract. With the intent to
spread awareness of this potentially life threatening and rare infection, we report a 4-year old
boy presenting with abdominal pain and fever with eventual diagnosis of gastrointestinal basidiobolomycosis. We discuss the nonspecific and confusing symptoms of this rare
infection and available treatment options in detail.

I just had the problem with paying the registration fee that could not be paid from Iran.If there could be some facilities for staff to be able to pay the fee without any problem that would be awesome.Using some accounts related to Tehran University of Medical Science could be a solution.
Your experiences about the travel processes(Providing ticket, accommodation,...) :
The high expenses of registration fee and accommodation are the most prominent problem medical staff usually encounter. Though I registered in the early bird period of registration, it was still an expensive process.
Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress: : This congress was a unique phenomenon happening for pediatricians and Infectious disease specialist around the world to share their valuable experiences in this important field. The latest achievements in infectious disease in pediatrics were discussed thoroughly during the congress.
The antibiotic resistance, an entity that clinical pharmacists should pay critical attention to it was discussed. It is crucial to remember that it is a significant problem throughout the world not only our country. Valuable lectures about Zika and Ebola virus infections as the most important endemic infections throughout the world were performed.
I hope that there would be more chance of attending such international congresses for medical staff in order to be able to share their valuable experience with experts around the world.
