Abstract(Please copy/paste the abstract send to the congress) : Background:
Treatment with the gonadotropin –releasing hormone(GnRH) agonist is the treatment of choice for central precocious puberty(CPP).
Objective and hypotheses:Concept have been expressed that GNRH treatment may be associated with increased body mass index(BMI) and it is controversial in some studies.
Method:We studied the height, weight, and BMI of 52 girls that the majority of them had CPP.All patients were treated with GNRH analogue over 12 months. The variables were evaluated at 0,6 and 12 months after initiation of treatment.

Results:Before the initiation of therapy the girls had a mean BMI SDscore for chronological age of 0.8±1.18after 6 months of therapy. BMI SDS was 0.82±1.15 and after12 months was 0.82±1.28, the Pvalue is 0.909 and it is not statistically significant.
Height SD score for chronologic age was 0.41±1.65 before the initiation of therapy and was 0.41±1.65 after 6 months and 0.43±1.6 after 12 months of therapy. The Pvalue is 0.66 and it is not statistically significant.
Conclusion: GNRH analogue treatment in CPP is safe for BMI and is increasing of BMI is not significant

Because every thing in my presentation was clear and I answered to the question very carefully. My poster presentation is hang up on time and after that I attended to listen the oral presentation if you want to follow up actions you can refer to abstract book of the congress.
Because I am an ESPE (European society pediatric endocrinology) member from 2007 until now every year in this meeting I must Judge about the abstract and vote about it that can be accepted or no. so I did not have any problem at this congress and from 2006 until now I participate in this scientific meeting.
Your experiences about the travel processes(Providing ticket, accommodation,...) : This a good travel for me as a participant that attend in this congress every year from 2006 until now. We get ticket from Turkish air line and obtain visa from Dublin embassy in Tehran that process of visa is difficult for us but because there wasn’t not direct flight to Dublin so at first we went to Dubai and we had 6hr transit at the Emirate airport and then were went to Dublin. Another thing is this travel, is become familiar with another scientific person from other countries and sharing their experience and we can hear about their experience face to face
Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress: : Researchers from many countries presented their works in field of pediatric endocrinology which were very interesting and informative.
the congress gave us the opportunity to share our experiences regarding our problematic cases and issues.
it was very well organized ,Considering my own observations and outcomes of the congress, I can tell that it was a great and interesting experience for my academic major. The level of congress was advanced and many specialists and sub-specialists from all of European countries like Germany netherland, Sweiszerland, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Turkish, Prague, Astharia, Romania,United States of America, United Kingdom, Spain, many of the asian countries and canada, participated in it. The congress had many ideas not only for endocrinologist but also for pediatricians, and even general pracctitioners. Presenting e-posters had helped to some presenters to send their documents electronically without transferring hard copies of their posters.
