Abstract(Please copy/paste the abstract send to the congress) :	Evaluation of Pelvic Exercise Training on the Primiparous Women's Sexual Satisfaction Fatemeh Rahimikian, Maryam Modarres, Elahe Boriyayi, Abbas Mehran Nursing and Midwifery Care Research Center, School of Nursing& Midwifery, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. E-mail: rahimikian@tums.ac.ir Introduction & Objective: It has been proved that the cause of psychological distress and marital conflict is the lake of sexual satisfaction. Sexual satisfaction is affected by many factors including the couple's physical and mental illness. The loose of pelvic floor muscles, are causing disability, pelvic organ prolapse pelvic organ dysfunction or dyspareunia and back pain. The purpose of this study was the evaluation of pelvic exercise training on the primiparous women's sexual satisfaction. Material & Methods: In this randomized clinical trial, 100 primiparous women who referred to Gynecology Clinic after being informed and signing the written consent, the questionnaires were asked by the researcher and will be completed. Subjects passing the history will be blindly divided in two groups: intervention and control. Participants in the intervention group (n=50) were conducted pelvic floor exercises for 16 weeks and control group (n=50) did not receive intervention. Tools for data collection were standardized: questionnaires of FSFI and Linda Berg that completed twice before and at the end of week 16 in both groups. Data were analyzed by SPSS version 18 software, using chi-square test and T-test. Findings: Research results are showed significant difference in sexual satisfaction after 16 weeks between intervention and control groups (p=0.000).Meanwhile the interference between sexual function before and after the sixteen week, there was a significant difference in the intervention group (p=0.000) that was not significant in control group. Conclusion: Pelvic floor muscle exercises are low-cost and safe way to increase satisfaction and improve sexual function in primiparous women. Therefore, health care providers need to complete training in this issue.

Your experiences about the travel processes(Providing ticket, accommodation,...) :	That was really good and useful. By being in that congress I met lots of researchers in REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE field.
Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress: :	This congress were held up in BELEK rigion of Antalya in MAXX ROYAL HOTEL in four days in November 6th -9th 2014.Beside the hotel there was an exhabition about medicine and infertility,fetal diognostic jenetics labratory,medical equipments and experimental kits. The main point was the wide attendence of gynecologist,masters,midwives from different universities and cities specially from Turkey. Althogh there were some problems such as the distance between my staying hotel(Bellis) and the hotel where the congress held up,and the time I spent on transportingwas at least 60 minute as well as the cost of transportation was at least 25 Euros.
