1- Tehran University of medical sciences could register the Academic staff in major scientific association such as EANM, if this happens there would be a significant discount in annual congress registration and also free access to published materials.
2- Visa application is very complicated and time consuming, I wonder if there would be a application method for Academic staff |

The main obstacle was the VISA application which is a very time consuming process.
The ticket and accommodation was arranged by travel agency in Iran, and there was no problem. |

The 28th Annual Congress of the European Association of Nuclear Medicine was held on October 10 - 14, 2015 in Hamburg, Germany. The congress was very comprehensive and there were many challenges in different imaging and patient treatment issues. I had a poster presentation tittled "Roll of different XCAT phantom BMIs in dosimetery of 153Sm-EDTMP bone pain palliation therapy "
We share our experience and also used other countries experiences.
The most interesting sessions was PET-CT read with experts, which complicated cases ware presented.
The thyroid cancer treatment and follow up session was also provide good scientific materials.
The exhibition was also interesting about the new modalities and technologies. |
