Abstract— We have recently reported that melatonin as antioxidant enhances the efficacy of colonization of spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs). Melatonin as an antioxidant plays a vital role in development of SSCs in vitro. This study aimed to investigate evaluation of sertoli cells and melatonin simultaneously on SSC proliferation following transplantation to testis of adult mouse busulfan-treated azoospermia model. SSCs and sertoli cells were isolated from the testes of three to six day old male mice.To determine the purity, Flow cytometry technique using PLZF antibody were evaluated. Isolated testicular cells were cultured in αMEM medium in the absence (control group) or presence (experimental group) of sertoli cells and melatonin extract for 2 weeks. We then transplanted SSCs by injection into the azoospermia mice model. Higher viability, proliferation, and Id4, Plzf, expression were observed in the presence of simultaneous sertoli cells and melatonin in vitro. Moreover, immunocytochemistry results showed higher Oct4 expression in this group. Eight week after transplantation, injected cells were localized at the base of seminiferous tubules in the recipient testes. The number of spermatogonia and the weight of testis were higher in experimental group relative to control group. The results of our study suggest that this new protocol can increase the transplantation of these cells can be useful in treatment of male infertility |

Your experiences about the travel processes(Providing ticket, accommodation,...) : |
I recommend to have a credit card if you want to reserve hotel or buying ticket. Because I paid more money instead of using my own credit card. Providing ticket back to the fate of the visa and the process of visa is long and till the near days of travel the embassy may not inform you for your visa because of that I forced to change my ticket two times. For accommodation the hotel reservation also needed credit card. Of course it was very expensive especially if you would like to reserve at the same hotel of the congress. I recommend before leaving the airport in your city it is better to review the exact address of the congress. It is better to save and print the map in your phone and a paper. Although having access to the Wi-Fi in congress is available but it may be you cannot connect in other places. Especially I think when you arrive you are tired and sometimes may be your phone battery lost the energy or maybe you left that somewhere. The way to the congress from the airport when you arrive or from the hotel to the can be important. |

I think to meet the other scientists with novel idea and how they try to learn or introduce their experience to others can be a good source to become fresh and powerful. There were discussed about the science that try to save and prove the human life. There were some scientists that came from countries that they were rich in instrument and with high level laboratory. I met some Ph.D students in different level of their courses even though one of them was at his first semester but with a paper that he was done when he was in M. Sc level as he mentioned his presentation that he take part by in congress was a part of his future thesis. They were very strict on time and each part started exactly on time so because of that nobody was in stress. At first when we arrived the lady who was responsible for saying welcome give the certificate and butcher to each attendance and then on time lectures were started. The hotel of congress was one of the most popular hotel in that city so as I asked each room costs around four hundred euro so it was very expensive but almost all the participants had been reserved a room |
