Difficult Airway Society (DAS) is one of the most important anesthesiology societies in the world. More than 700 scientists and medical staffs participated in this meeting from all of the world especially UK, other European countries ( France, Italy, Germany and …) and USA. The others were from Canada, Austria, Asia and Africa. There were eight workshops in first day that present new technologies and techniques in the field of airway. The usage of sonography for detection of landmark in difficult airway, SALAD, THERIVE and simulation indirect flexible bronchoscopy were the best ones for me. Beside these I enjoyed from 2 days lectures that were presented challenging subjects in airway management. |
