Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress :	Rhinological disease is the main health problem of the future. This congress was an opportunity for me as an invited faculty to share experiences with the largest gathering of rhinologists in the world. I had also a chance to be invited by the chair of Uppsalla university department to visit the department of otolaryngology, head and neck surgery.
