Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress :	I attended in ERS congress 2018 in Paris in several programmes. I presented my article in Sunday 16 September .I participate in airway diseases subgroup that discuss about ERS policies about future congress ,and granting policies for research in airway disease field.I was attend at respiratory medicine meets hematology that provide state of art presentation on haematological diseases(malignant and non-malignant) , and particularly Lung GvHD that was in my interested subject and challenging in my practice in shariati hospital.The other hot topic was chronic pulmonary aspergillosis that I learned new points."New trends in the management of difficult-to-wean patients" was a interesting topic that discuss new trend in multidisciplinary approach to patients with chronic critical illness.
