Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress :	The Rheumatology congress was held in Briisbane, convention and exhibition center at 8-11 April 2019. More than 1000 rheumatologist and trainees attended in the congress from all over the Asia and Australia. The speakers of congress were from the best universities of Asia (such as Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, India,…), Europe (such as England) and also Australia. Many lectures, oral and poster abstracts and also, industry symposiums sponsored by Pfizer, Amgen, Janssen, Bristol Myers Squibb, Novartis, UCB, etc were presented about updates in all fields of rheumatology. At the end of the congress there were also grand rounds which some interesting rheumatologic cases were presented and the attendants discussed about them. In exhibition center, two new biologic drugs which at present is not accessible in Iran including anti-IL17 (for seronegative spondyloarthropathies), and Baricitinib (JaK inhibitor for rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis) were introduced. My poster presentation (about effect of education on weight loss of obese patients with knee osteoarthritis) was also at 11 April in exhibition center. Also, I had a conversation with Professor Brown (chairman of congress from Australia) about diagnostic delay of AS patients and also, with professor Yoon-Kyong-Sung (from Korea) about rebound osteoporosis following cessation of Prolia, and also with preventatives of Lily company about Ixekizumab (anti-IL17) and Baricitinib (Jak inhibitor) and also with Ann Morgan (an ophthalmologist speaker) about treatment of uveitis in seronegative spondyloarthropathies.
