Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress : Attending the ECCMID 2019 was a valuable experience that went beyond my expectations. This conference not only hosts the infectious diseases specialist but also provides an opportunity for learning other aspects of microbiology. There were great groups of microbiologists who are professional, knowledgeable and organized by ECCMID in several study groups. Of them is the ESCMID Study Group for Anaerobic Infections - ESGAI which I am keen to participate in their meeting and extend my knowledge in microbiology of Anaerobes. Also, I had a chance to take part in sessions related to Acinetobacter microbiology. Knowledge and skills that I have gained during this conference, I could implement at my home institution, the School of Public Health.
