Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress :	Each 2 year a world wide organization hold convenes a congress about endoscopic surgery in skull base. Last year that was in Barcelona, Spain. This congress is the most comprehensive in this field in the world. During the congress I presented 4 lectures about our case series and patients with good outcome. The participants were from around the world. I and 2 other colleagues from TUMS were the only lecturer from Iran. In whole, the congress was very high level and the researchers shared the last their experiences in oral and poster presentations as well as live cadaver dissection.
