European Society of Coloproctology is one of most famous societies in the filed of colorectal surgery in the world and this meeting is the largest scientific congress on the topic of coloproctology and colorectal surgery held by this society every year. A large number of surgeons and physisician attending this congress. Topics covering benign and malignant aspect of coloproctology were discussed. There were also some video sessions presenting surgical techniques for both colorectal cancers and anorectal problems. A group of topics including new approaches and debates on rectal cancers, laparoscopic techniques for colorectal patients and unusual anorectal diseases were interesting to me as well. |
