Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress :	Although we had difficulty for participation. the participant from Iran were more than most middle east region . during congress we had conversation with Muslim person working in stroke to have a meeting of Muslim countries . most famous people working in Stroke had lectures.
