Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress :	At the congress ,I had the opportunity to share my experiences with colleagues from more than 70 different countries.in this congress there was more than 200 leaders in the different fields.I was exposed to the state of the art of the actual hot topics of EM.And now,here,I will share my knowledge of this congress to our residence.
