The gathering took place in the campus of Thammasat University, which is the second oldest higher education institute in Thailand. Established in 1934, it has 1500 staff and 33000 students.
The health science section of the university is consisted of Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Public Health, School of Global Studies, Faculty of Pharmacy, and Chulabhorn International College of Medicine.
There were some Iranian students studying in the University and I had chance to meet few academic staff.
The conference was organized by " Global R&D Services" which arranges conferences in different fields and published the following journals:
