Participating in the 4th USERN Congress was an honor to me, as I had the great opportunity to visit a number of well-known scientists from all over the world, get to know junior students that were interested in different fields of science, and also presenting an oral presentation in an international congress. Such a presentation was of great value to me, since it helped me a lot to improve my presentation skills and stress management.
