Registration Dead time: Till 2015/09/1 (Tuesday, 1^st of September)

Departure Date:  8/09/2015 (Tuesday, 8^th of September)

Time of Departure: around 6:00 a.m. (Will be announced the exact time)

Arrival Date: 11/09/2015 (Friday, 11^th of September)

Time of Arrival: around 11:00 p.m. 

Steps of Registration:

1.   Presence in office of Vice Dean for Students and Cultural Affairs (Address: Number 124, third floor, Mozafar alley, Dameshgh street. Southern Palestine street.

2.   Items in Students Affairs will be checked  by officer of student and cultural affairs

Items:

Medical Test and Vaccination Result

Bank Account Number

Health Insurance notebook

3. Fill the registration forms

4. Pay the payment (50,000 Toman)

5. Receive a receipt

Notice:

•  Tour will be held for in dorm and out of dorm boys and  girls .
•  Out of dormitory students can participate in a tour just without their family.
•  According to the number of all students 40 boys and 20 girls can participate in this tour. so priority is with the ones who complete their registration in Students Affairs till mentioned registration dead time .
• The next information  for tour will be announced by message (check your cellphone number  with Mrs Pourkazemi that your cellphone number receive advertisement message or not)
•  If enrolled students for Ardebil tour won’t participate in that tour, Students Affairs can’t refund their payment.
• Participants shouldn’t have class during Tuesday till Friday  (8/09/2015 till 11/09/2015)
