Please inform us if there are any follow up actions we need to talk with the members of the congress : |
As far as the members of the congress is concerned, I didn't have any issue with them, so there is no need to have any follow up, but I met Dr. White, author of main Dento maxillo facial radiography reference book and he was interested in visiting Iran and have scientific presentation in our Local congress. I transferred the message to TUMS international affairs and they will follow the issue, if they see according possibilities. |
Your experiences about the travel processes(Providing ticket, accommodation,...) : |
I did all my accommodations by myself and seems that there should be some facilities and proper process for booking and accommodations for university staff. |

It was a highly scientific congress, well organized with a professional congress management. The theme of the congress was “An integrative imaging for dentistry and maxillofacial surgery”. The congress promoted a clinical integrated approach of all imaging techniques used for oral and maxillofacial pathology diagnosis or for treatment planning in dentistry. The congress also provided the latest information and research results in the field of oral and maxillofacial imaging. The pre-congress course entitled “Advances of Maxillofacial Ultrasound” covered all the applications of maxillofacial ultrasound systems, with the opportunities for hands-on experience. The course included state of the art presentations in the field of ultrasound imaging. The congress held at the City Napoca in Cluj-Napoca, the biggest university town in Transylvania, Romania. |
