Abstract(Please copy/paste the abstract send to the congress) : A 10 year-old girl with sudden attack of quadriparesis and respiratory distress was admitted in our center. A detailed work up favored a high cervical myelopathy due to bilateral occipitocondylar hyperplsia and Chiari malformation . Occipito-condylar hyperplasia is a very rare anomaly of the cranio-vertebral junction that was only reported in two patients before and managed through posterior approch . Our patient is added to the literature as the third one that was approached in a different surgical corridor . An endodcoic transnasal approch under image guided navigation was performed with successful decompression of the lesion.

What were the responses to your talking points? Were specific questions or concerns raised? : After my oral presentation, the chairman admiredme and invitede the participant to have any question. But there was no question. I think our case presentation was intresting for them.

Please inform us if there are any follow up actions we need to talk with the members of the congress : There months prior to this congress, I seut my abstract. After one month they approved my paper as oral presentation. In this time I registered and paied 560 E after that I applied for visa from Italy embassy and reservation for aflight . Then I get my visa and confirmed the ticket from tehran to Milan with Iran Air.

Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress: : The meeting was hold in Mico congress center in Milan/ Italy . Congress was arranged in two part:
Oral presentations and posters. Oral presentation were very briliant in four parallel sessions . Top surgeons from all the world especially from North America and europe in the field of Endoscopic skull base surgery presated the last investigutions. The most amasing part of congress was live cadaveric disechon in 2 Halls on the fresh heads with the best equiprements and Technologies. I never forget the very intresting and wonderful live disection by proffessor Amin Kassam from Canada.Meny experences were presented for the first time in skull Base surgery.
