Information of Congress
Title of the Congress : XXIV International Symposium on Morphological Sciences
Title of your Abstract : The Neuroprotective effects of triazine drivative in an Alzaimer's rat model
Country : Turkey
From : Wednesday, September 2, 2015
To : Sunday, September 6, 2015
Abstract(Please copy/paste the abstract send to the congress) : Introductio:Alzheimer disease (AD)is the most prevalent neurodegenerative disorder .it is characterized by the formation of amyloid plaques and neurofibrillary tangles In the brain ,degeneration of the cholinergic neurons and neural cell death.
Objectives:this study was aimed to investigatethe effect of a triazine derivativeC16H12C12N35 on learning in an Alzheimer’s rat model
Methods: Animal was divided into seven groups; each groups contain seven animals. Animals received normal saline after recovery ;sham groups: Animals received 10% DMSO after recovery; STZ group (Alzheimer’s model): Animals received streptozotocin (STZ) in four and six days after recovery;T5,T10and T15 groups:animals were treated with triazine derivative,C16H12C12N35 at doses of 5,10.µM,respectively.all drugs were injected intracerebroventricular. The spatial learning and histo logical assessment were performed in all groups.
Results: Animals STZ group had more deficits in spatial learning than the control group in Morris water maze . C16H12C12N35 improved spatial learning significantly compared to STZ group. The CA1pyramidal layer thickness in STZ group were reduced significantly compared to control group. C16H12C12N35 increased the The CA1 pyramidal layer thickness in T15 group compared to STZ group.
Conclusion: current findings suggest C16H12C12N35 may have a protective effect on learning deficit and hippocampal structure in AD.

If you met staff members, please list their full names & positions. : Paxinus peter
Please inform us if there are any follow up actions we need to talk with the members of the congress : Most of the group members had oral presentation and rest poster presentation. in my opinion all of them were excellent and we had a good feedback from the persons who were in
sessions? It is necessary for mother’s university of Iran has been this equipment. We don’t even have equipment like Kermanshah University of medical sciences in our lab of cadaver. We need have palistination section of cadavers for studying student in graduate and postgraduate students.
please talk about teaching of english to members involved in congress. take better food and tours.
Your experiences about the travel processes(Providing ticket, accommodation,...) : we involved in preparation of ticket it's better that university have some contract to different travel agensy. Accomodation was good transfer was very bad.

We are the greatest group in this congress. Most of accompanying had oral presentation and a best scientific trip for our students. We meet scientific members like Paxinus …………….. Most of the group members had oral presentation and rest poster presentation. in my opinion all of them were excellent and we had a good feedback from the persons who were in sessions.
Please give a briefing of your own observations and outcomes of the congress: : It is necessary for mother’s university of Iran has been this equipment. For 4 days faculty of anatomy staff of Anatomy group and postgraduate students. It was the first scientific trip for our students, so they know how to prepare in congress, how to present, how to meet scientific and what we need to learn for using in research and techniques.

Most of the group members had oral presentation and rest poster presentation. in my opinion all of them were excellent and we had a good feedback from the persons who were in sessions.
