Background and aim: nowadays a diverse range of hospital services is carried by outsourcing to the private sector. Existence an effective and operations indicator to monitor and evaluate and pricing outsourced services has particular importance. This study aimed to extract a conduces to estimate number of daily meals in hospital affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Material and methods: in this applied-descriptive study, 13 hospitals of to Tehran University of medical sciences which have food services contract of type preparing, cooking and distributors were evaluated in years 2013 to 2015. Selected indicators including bed occupancy rate and active bed were extracted by referring to statistics and information technology center and the number of daily meals are extracted from the hospital financial records. Calculated and analyzed data using excel software. Results: number of daily meals per patient per hospital provided as a conducted "affected by the performance of hospitals" to estimate number of daily meals in hospitals as a model to manage the food services contract costs. Conclusion: defining the pattern influenced of hospital performance indicators provide an estimate for the size of outsourced activities. This model can provide possibility of managing and monitoring outsourced activities and increase speed and facilitate the decision process the issuance of permits. |

For this trip, I booked a tour from Bangkok for Arshin Agency and they did all the work for tickets, visas, transfer, hotel and more.The issuance of the visa lasted for about two weeks and was carried out with the return flight. |

This was my first experience for a conference in another country. I made comments on my study to use for later work. I also saw the studies of other countries and their way of working.I was able to find friends from other countries to work with them for future works
