1.Brief summary of Leave : In this clinical fellowship, I had the chance to visit many dermatooncology patient in a specialized center under the supervision of a dermato-oncologist and learn about the latest updates in this field.
2.List the objectives of your sabbatical leave as listed in your proposal and indicate how completely they were met : I learned about the latest treatment modalities of late stage Mycosis Fungoides and Sezary syndrome including Extracorporeal Photophoresis (ECP), Total Skin Electron Beam Radiotherapy (TSEB) and Immunetherapies. I learned about the new immune therapies for Mycosis Fungoides such as mogamulizumab, and Brentuximab (the dosages, side effects, efficacy) I had the chance to observe the ultra-hypofractionated low-dose TSEB that is performed in Helios Klinikum for tumoral stage MF patients. Also I observed Sentinel Lymph node dissections performed by dermatologist at Helios Klinikum Krefeld for Melanoma patients. During my 3 months stay, I had the chance to follow the MF patients through their treatment protocol and observe their response to treatments such as extracorporeal photophoresis, Total skin radiotherapy. During my near 3 months stay I had the chance to follow the patients from their first diagnosis of melanoma through the surgery and sentinel lymph node biopsy, staging process and adjuvent immune therapies.

4.Assessment of Value of Sabbatical leave(benefits,faculty development,future professional activities,...) : The EADV clinical fellowship at Helios Klinikum Krefeld in cutaneous lymphoma under the supervision of Dr. Chalid Assaf was a unique experience that allowed me to understand the latest treatment options for patients with Advanced stages of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. This opportunity not only broadened my understanding of dermato-oncology but also ignited a passion for this valuable field that I aim to integrate into my future medical practice in my home country. I am grateful for the knowledge and insights gained during this fellowship, which have paved the way for my continued growth and development as a healthcare professional
