Department of Community Health Nursing

 

 

This Department includes Community, Maternal, and Newborn Health. The clinical education is done in the urban and rural health centers associated with Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Maternal and neonatal internship courses are done in women’s specialized hospitals. The total number of credits includes 42 theoretical and 62 applied credits. It is noteworthy that health education in the society based on the three levels of prevention is a main goal of this program.
