Program Description

 

The International Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Summer Course in TUMS will provide a unique forum for the presentation and discussion of the latest knowledge and research on issues of violence in healthcare system. The program considers how violence is understood and conceptualized internationally and within eastern society. You begin by defining and contextualizing what is meant by violence. You examine the main theories explaining violence and its production through interlocking health system.A summer in TUMS isn’t just about your studies – it’s about being inspired, challenged and grown as a person.
