
Dr. Nekoofar, director of International Relations, Accreditation and Ranking, Dr. Sadeghi, director of Research and Development at the Office of Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs, Ms. Azadi, accreditation senior officer and a group of officers from the International Relations and Student Affairs Departments were present at the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Nekoofar, gave a presentation on the International Quality Assurance and Accreditation Network (IQAAN) and its levels. Director of International relations, Accreditation and Ranking of the University emphasized on the cooperation between the IQAAN and Office of Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs and also on the importance of the role of Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs on the Accreditation of the University.

“From now on, performance report of each area would be delivered through the IQAAN website in the meetings and this makes it more important to present the required information in the given time.” Dr. Nekoofar said.
In order to make the information available on the IQAAN website, you need to send the information to the Directorate of International Relations, Accreditation and Ranking or you can directly upload your file to the IQAAN website (iqaan.tums.ac.ir) considering the policies of the website.
Then, Dr. Sadeghi, director of Research and Development at the Office of Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs, delivered the performance report of the Student Affairs section. He also mentioned that the accreditation forms will be completed by assistance of the headquarter representatives and then will be referred to the Office of Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs. Dr. Sadeghi also said that this office holds meetings for different departments and schools. “The forms are classified based on related indicators and are sent to the Schools and deprtments; we are expecting to receive the completed forms to analyze the data” he added.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Sadeghi expressed his willingness toward holding joint meetings with the accreditation officers from directorate of International Relations, Accreditation and Ranking in order to deliver the accreditation indicators.
