Self-assessment forms of the international accreditation process are tools for controlling the performance of accreditation indicators and are divided according to the different areas of operation such as Educational Affairs, Research Affairs, International Affairs and Management Development and Resource Planning. These forms consist of three key questions related to accreditation indicators. These questions are about the availability of documents, performing the indicator and reviewing it.
The forms are organized according to different schools and directorates of headquarters in every area of operation and the self-assessment forms of research section have been already uploaded on the Secretariat of International Quality Assurance and Accreditation Network’s website.
It should also be noted that the self-assessment forms of International Affairs sections were uploaded on the Secretariat of International Quality Assurance and Accreditation Network’ website before and the self-assessment forms of Educational Affairs, Student Affairs, Management Development and Resource Planning will be added to the website presently.

It should be said that the accreditation indicators in research section are only related to headquarters section and are not questioned by schools unlike other areas of operations in the network.
